- 1 x 12 oz tin sweetcorn
- 240g canned butter beans
- 5.3 oz gram flour
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C (400F), fan setting.
Step 2
Drain and wash the butter beans and sweet corn and place them into a food processor with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 3
Pulse until it reaches a smooth paste. Leave to set for 5-10 minutes in the fridge.
Step 4
Using a large spoon or ice cream scoop, scoop balls of the mixture onto a baking tray.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, until golden and cooked through – a knife inserted should come out clean, if not place back in the oven for 5 more minutes.
