- 1 ¼ cups of oats
- 1 overripe bananas
- 12.5 fl oz almond milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- handful of sunflower seeds
- 1 handful of pumpkin seeds
- A handful of blueberries
- A handful of cacao nibs
- 7 oz raspberries

Preparation
Step 1
Place the banana slices in a mixing bowl with the raspberries and mash them together.
Step 2
Add the almond milk, oats, maple syrup, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, blueberries and cacao nibs and stir together.
Step 3
Cover and place the bowl in the fridge overnight to allow it to thicken.
