- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup raw almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and shredded coconut.

Add the dried cranberries, apricots, and raisins to the bowl.

Sprinkle the hemp seeds, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt over the mixture.
Step 4
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Step 5
Transfer the muesli to an airtight container for storage.
Step 6
To serve, scoop desired amount into a bowl and add milk or yogurt. Allow to soak for a few minutes before eating.
