- 250g plain flour
- 3 tablespoons of cacao powder
- 1 ½ tablespoons of beetroot powder
- 1 x 14 fl oz tin coconut milk
- 8.8 oz coconut sugar
- 3.4 fl oz sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C (350F), fan setting.
Step 2
Place the flour, cacao powder, beetroot powder, baking powder, coconut sugar and bicarb into a mixing bowl and whisk well to remove any lumps. Whisk the coconut milk and sunflower oil through until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and cook for 30-35 minutes until cooked through but still a little fudgy.
Step 4
Leave to cool a little before cutting into equal brownies.
