- 6 ears corn, unhusked
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine butter, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, thyme, rosemary, basil, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper, set aside.
Step 3
Place corn husks directly on the oven rack and roast until corn is soft, about 35-40 minutes.
Step 4
Peel down husks and spread with butter mixture.
Step 5
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and paprika, if desired.
