- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas (optional)
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
- 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the brown rice according to package instructions and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine black beans, corn, red onion, and bell pepper.
