Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Step 2
Spread the broccoli florets on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Drizzle the olive oil over the broccoli and season with salt and pepper.

Toss to ensure even coating.

Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy on the edges.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the broccoli.
