Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spread the almonds on a baking sheet.

Roast the almonds for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway until fragrant.

Allow the almonds to cool slightly, then transfer to a food processor.

Process the almonds for about 10 minutes, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.

Once smooth and creamy, add salt and optional sweetener, processing until combined.

Transfer the almond butter to a jar and store in a cool, dry place.
