- 4 cups ripe pears, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot, combine the chopped pears, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
