- 1 1/4 cup (250g) granulated sugar
- 7 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup (95g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (50g) dutch processed cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Tahini and Peanut Butter Swirl
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter, like Jif or Skippy
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Tahini is toasted and ground sesame seeds. It’s creamy and a bit thinner than peanut butter. And just like peanut butter, there can be good and not-so-great tahinis out there, so make sure to purchase a good one.
