- 1/2 cup (170g) Karo® Light Corn Syrup
- 1 1/2 cups (300g) granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup (55g) unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup (60ml) water
- 1 1/2 cups (165g) dry roasted lightly salted peanuts
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Sea salt for sprinkling (optional)
