  • 1 1/2 cups (300g) granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup (55g) unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) water
  • 1 1/2 cups (165g) dry roasted lightly salted peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Sea salt for sprinkling (optional)
