  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup (110g) unsalted butter
  • 8 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup (230g) dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup (110g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • (1) 11.2 fl oz bottle of Guinness
  • Homemade salted caramel (half the recipe)
  • 1 cup salted pretzels
