- 1/2 cup (110g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup (100g) light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups (172g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 6 graham crackers, crushed into crumbs (about 3/4 cup)
- 3/4 cup marshmallow fluff
- 2/3 cup store-bought vanilla buttercream
- 1 cup (170g) milk chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup (160g) creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 heaping cups Golden Grahams cereal

Chef’s notes
To get a dense texture, slam the pan on the counter a couple times after it was done baking. It knocks out the air and gives you an even base for the other layers of these s’mores bars.
The marshmallow layer consists of marshmallow fluff and vanilla buttercream, which is much easier to manage than a layer of just marshmallows.
Use a spoon to place dollops of the Golden Grahams layer all throughout the marshmallow layer then carefully spread them out to avoid disrupting the marshmallow layer underneath.
