- 1/2 cup (110g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup (110g) dark brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or 2 tsp vanilla extract)
- 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup + 1 tbsp (150g) gluten free all-purpose flour with xathan gum
- 1/2 cup (60g) oat flour *SEE NOTES
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup (80g) bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup (160g) semisweet chocolate chips + a handful more for sprinkling
- Flaky sea salt for sprinkling
