  • For the Praline Syrup:
  • 1 cup (220 g) dark brown sugar
  • ½ cup (113.5 g) unsalted butter, softened, cut into cubes
  • ½ cup (0.03 ml) maple syrup
  • 2 pinches kosher salt
  • 1 cup (99 g) coarsely chopped pecans
