  • 1½ teaspoons ground ginger
  • Brown Sugar Spice:
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1½ teaspoons ground allspice

  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Maple Chipotle:
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
