- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1½ teaspoons ground ginger
- Brown Sugar Spice:
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1½ teaspoons ground allspice

- Maple Chipotle:
