- 1½ cups shredded Swiss cheese (6 ounces)
- 4 ounces deli sliced corned beef, chopped
- ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
- ½ cup drained sauerkraut

Use chipped or chopped corned beef for best texture.
Squeeze out extra moisture from the sauerkraut before adding it to the dip.
