  • For the Streusel:
  • ½ cup (62.5 g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup (110 g) light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • 5 Tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into bits
  • For the Muffins:
  • 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup (55 g) light brown sugar
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted and cooled (8 Tablespoons)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup (183 ml) whole milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
