- 2 large mashed bananas
- 2 tablespoons nut butter of your choice
- 2 eggs + 3 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup coconut flour

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix together nut butter, eggs, sweetener of your choice, vanilla and mashed bananas until well blended.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together the coconut flour, salt, and baking soda.
Step 3
Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
Step 4
Preheat and grease your waffle iron.
Step 5
Cook waffles and serve with toasted coconut, bananas, and coconut whipped cream.
