1 serving
- 1 tablespoons unsalted creamy almond butter
- 1 cup fresh spinach (tightly packed)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or another milk of your choice)
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds or flax seeds or hemp hearts (or use 1 teaspoon of each) )

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on medium high speed until fully combined.
Step 2
The smoothie should be bright green and the spinach should be completely blended into the mixture. Enjoy immediately.
