- 1 English cucumber, (sliced lengthwise and cut into 1/4-inch slices)
- 5 radishes, (thinly sliced and halved)
- 1 15- ounce can of white beans, (rinsed and drained)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped dill
- 1/4 cup pickled red onions or thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, (minced)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Kosher salt and black pepper, (taste)

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, radishes, white beans, dill, and red onion. Set aside.
Step 2
In a small bowl or jar, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Step 3
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well. Taste and season with additional salt and pepper, if necessary. Serve.
