Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey, (can use pure maple syrup)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups diced apples*
- 1 cup halved red grapes
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup toasted pecans, (roughly chopped)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- Boston lettuce, (for serving, optional)

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, and salt. Stir until well combined. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl, add the apples, grapes, celery, pecans, and parsley.
Step 3
Add the dressing and stir until well coated. Serve plain or in lettuce cups.
