- 6 cups arugula
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and sliced
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 large avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
- Half a small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice, about 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon agave, can use honey
- 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
