- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1 tsp Red Boat fish sauce
- 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 -inch knob of fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp arrowroot flour
- 3 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 large green bell pepper, seeds and core removed and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 large red bell pepper, seeds and core removed and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 large jalapeno, seeds removed and diced
- 1/2 medium white onion, diced
