4-6 glasses
- 4 cups strong cold coffee
- 1 cup Frangelico
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 6 tablespoons pure maple syrup

Preparation
Step 1
Stir cold coffee and Frangelico together in a bowl.
Step 2
Transfer to the freezer and chill until slushy but slightly frozen, stirring several times, for about 4-6 hours.
Step 3
Whisk heavy cream in a standing mixer until soft peaks form.
Step 4
Add maple syrup and whisk until soft peaks return.
Step 5
Divide the coffee mixture among 4-6 glasses.
Step 6
Top with equal amounts of whipped cream.
