15-18 bites
- 10 dates
- 1 1/2 cups pecans
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup flaxmeal
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix everything in the food processor until it’s nice and smooth-ish, like a dough.
Step 2
Roll into individual balls.
Step 3
Store in the fridge or freezer (I keep mine in the freezer).

You can substitute different nuts, use honey or another liquid sweetener if you prefer.
Feel free to use a different nut butter like peanut butter or sunflower seed butter.
If you don’t have flaxmeal, you can skip it.
For added flavor, you can include cranberries or chocolate chips.
