- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 yellow onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 300 g minced meat
- 0.75 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 egg(s)
- 2 tsp oil
- 0.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 0.5 tbsp black pepper sauce
- 0.5 tomato(es)
- lettuce
- 0.5 tbsp chilli sauce (sweet)
- 16 cucumber slices

Preparation
Step 1
Mix soy sauce, paprika powder, white pepper, onions and garlic to the minced chicken.
Step 2
Heat pan over medium heat and add butter. Shape patty and pan-fry both sides of the patty.
Step 3
Spread butter on the hamburger bread and lightly brown them.
Step 4
Heat oil over medium heat. Beat an egg and pour into oiled pan. Spread the egg to wrap the patty.
Step 5
Place the patty (wrapped in egg) on the bread. Add cucumber slices, chilli sauce, mayonnaise and black pepper sauce. Top it with onion rings, slices of tomatoes and lettuce.
