  • 2 tsp extra light olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup, plus more for serving
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt, plus more to taste
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
