- 2 cups fresh arugula leaves (loosely packed, baby or regular)
- 1 frozen banana
- ⅔ cup frozen pineapple
- ½-inch knob fresh ginger root (peeled)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or raw honey)
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- ½ teaspoon vanilla bean powder (or vanilla extract)
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup milk of choice (I like to use oat milk)
