- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- ⅓ cup whole rolled oats*
- ⅓ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup flour (whole wheat, spelt or oat flour*)
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom, nutmeg, or ginger
- 3 tablespoons hardened coconut oil, plus more for brushing
- Pinch of sea salt
