- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed San Marzano tomatoes (or 3 cups tomato sauce)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano (or 2 teaspoons dried)
