  • 1/3 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 1 lemongrass stalk (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced or grated)
  • 2 large handfuls of fresh basil
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro
