  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 loaf challah bread, cubed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup firmly-packed brown sugar
  • 1 batch cream cheese icing (see below)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered (confectioners’) sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1–3 teaspoons milk, as needed
