  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 3 ripe kiwis- peeled
  • 1 banana
  • handful baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup-1 cup plant-based milk, vanilla flavor is nice
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener- honey, maple or agave
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • optional: squeeze of lime juice

Preparation

Step 1

Place the liquid in the blender first, then kiwi, banana, avocado, spinach and honey. Blend on low speed, increasing to high speed. Blend it up until creamy and very smooth.

Step 2

Taste-kiwis very in tartness- add more sweetener or a little squeeze of lime juice if you like.

Step 3

Add ice and blend again. Scrape down sides if necessary.
