- 60g spinach
- 3 tablespoons almond milk
- 120g cashews
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- ½ lemons
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to Preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / 400°F.
Step 2
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse for 5–7 minutes until smooth.
Step 3
Spoon the mixture into a dish and cook for 15 minutes until crispy on top.
