- 2 beetroots
- 6 carrots
- 4 apples

Preparation
Step 1
Peel the beetroot.
Step 2
Then put it through your juicer with the carrots and apples.
Step 3
Collect the juice and pour it into a saucepan.
Step 4
Gently heat the saucepan for a couple of minutes, keep it on a low heat at all times – you want it to cook slowly and take it off the heat before it reaches the boil.
Step 5
Once the juice is nice and warm but not boiling hot, pour it into your mug and enjoy!
