- 1 handful of kale
- 2 oz cashew cream
- 1 large handful of basil

Preparation
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Add the kale and quickly blanch. Remove and place in a blender with the cashew cream.
Step 2
Add the pasta to the pot of water and cook according to packet instructions. When almost cooked, remove a small ladle of cooking water and add the cauliflower and broccoli to the pot. Add the reserved pasta water to the blender with the kale, cashew cream and a handful of fresh basil. Blitz until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
When the pasta and vegetables are cooked, drain and return to the pot. Add the kale pesto and cannellini beans and cook for a further minute over low heat to warm through, stirring continuously. Season with nutritional yeast, sea salt and black pepper; serve immediately.
