- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
- ½ cucumbers
- 2 garlic
- ½ lemons
- 100g dairy-free yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon mint

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle the salt onto the cucumber and squeeze between your hands to release some of the water.
Step 2
Put the squeezed cucumber and the remainder of the dip ingredients into a bowl and stir together until combined. Season with a good crack of black pepper to taste and top with a few mint leaves to serve.
