- 1 mango
- 10 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 limes

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the mango, yoghurt, maple syrup and lime zest together in a bowl. Line a baking tray with baking parchment and spoon 1 heaped tablespoon of mixture onto the tray; repeat until all of the mixture is used up. Freeze for 3 hours until frozen, or overnight.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the melted chocolate with the desiccated coconut. Working fairly quickly (so they don’t melt) remove the frozen yoghurt bites from the freezer and toss each one in the chocolate using a spoon or fork (or keep them in the freezer and do it one at a time, if it’s a warm day). Shake off any excess chocolate and place them back on the baking tray.
Step 3
Return the bites to the freezer for 20 minutes to harden. Once set, transfer to an airtight container and keep in the freezer until needed.
