- 6 oz firm tofu
- 1 oz kale
- 5 oz broccoli
- 3.5 oz frozen peas
- 250g brown rice

Preparation
Step 1
Place a frying pan over medium heat. Add a small drizzle of olive oil and add the tofu, cook until golden brown. Add the kale, broccoli and frozen peas; cook until the kale has wilted and the broccoli is bright green and tender. Add the rice and cook until piping hot.
Step 2
Whilst the ingredients in the pan are cooking, place the brown miso, tamari, maple, lime juice and water in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the rice and vegetables in the frying pan; toss until everything is coated. Serve in a bowl a bowl and eat immediately.
