- 240g canned chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- ½ lemons
- 1 roasted clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 splash water
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place chickpeas into a large bowl and cover with water.
Step 2
Rub the chickpeas until the skins come off.
Step 3
Drain and discard the skins.
Step 4
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth, adding more water if needed.
