- 75g sunflower seeds
- 5.3 oz roasted red peppers
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

Step 1
Place the sunflower seeds into a food processor and blitz until fine and starting to form a paste. Add the peppers, garlic and paprika; blend to a chunky paste. Slowly stream in the olive oil, while continuing to blitz, until you have a slightly textured dip.
