- 50g pine nuts
- 1.7 oz sunflower seeds
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.7 oz basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- pinch of sea salt
- 6–7 tablespoons water

Step 1
Place all of the ingredients (apart from the water) into a high-speed food processor and blitz until smooth. Gradually add the water, little by little until you have your desired consistency.
