- 9 oz frozen strawberries
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Place the strawberries, chia seeds and maple syrup into a small pan over a medium-low heat and cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes, until the strawberries are mushy and have released their natural juice. Use a fork or masher to crush the berries until you have a smooth consistency.
Step 2
Cook for 10 more minutes before removing from the heat and leaving to cool. Store in a covered container in the fridge. This keeps well for up to one month.
