- 1 bananas
- 1½ tablespoons chia seeds
- 1½ tablespoons porridge oats
- 80g strawberries
- 150ml oat/almond milk
- 1 tablespoon almond/peanut butter

Preparation
Step 1
Place banana, chia seeds, porridge oats, ½ of the strawberries and oat milk in a high speed blender and blitz.
Step 2
Pour into a bowl and top with the peanut butter, the remaining strawberries and sprinkle with pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
