- 6½ tablespoons tahini
- 6 tablespoons of date syrup
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 14 Medjool dates
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- A pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place the tahini, salt, date syrup and coconut oil in a pan over a low heat and heat until a thick syrup has formed, you don’t want it to over bubble. Pour the mixture into a food processor and add the dates - pulse until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a lined loaf tin and smooth over, sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Place in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours.
Step 3
Once set, cut into small pieces.
