Ingredients

- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon chilli powder
- 240g canned butter beans
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1–2 tablespoons harissa paste
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lime
- dash of almond milk
- A pinch of sea salt
- drizzle of olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C (390F), fan setting.
Step 2
Cut the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place onto a large baking tray. Mix through 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of chilli powder, a large pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Cook for 25-30 minutes until soft. One soft, remove from the oven and leave to cool.
Step 3
Once the sweet potatoes are cool, place them in a powerful food processor, along with the rest of the dip ingredients - apart from the almond milk. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth, adding a dash of almond milk, bit by bit, until you reach the consistency you like best.
