- 240g canned chickpeas
- 1 lemon
- 1 heaped teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons of creamy tahini
- 2.8 fl oz water
- pinch of dried red chilli flakes
- pinch of sea salt

Step 1
Simply place all of the ingredients into a food processor. Blend until smooth, this should take a couple of minutes.

Spoon the mixture into a dish and serve with your choice of toppings.
