- 16 pitted Medjool dates
- 1 oz pumpkin seeds
- 0.7 oz sunflower seeds
- 1.8 oz oats
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla powder
- 1 heaped tablespoon tahini
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Add the dates to a food processor along with the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, oats, vanilla powder, tahini and salt.
Step 2
Blend until everything has mixed together and formed a nice sticky dough.
Step 3
Roll the mixture into 12 equal sized balls and roll each one in sesame seeds until totally covered.
Step 4
Place the balls in the fridge for an hour to set, then store in an airtight container in the fridge.
