- 240g canned chickpeas
- 2 red peppers
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- ½ lemons
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C / 200°C fan / 400°F.
Step 2
Place the peppers onto a baking tray with a drizzle of olive oil and roast for 25 minutes until soft and blackened in places, adding the garlic clove for the last 5 minutes.
Step 3
Once cooked, remove and leave to cool.
Step 4
When the peppers and garlic are cool, place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
